Currently in the Myrtle Beach area you can buy or have a new single family home built for you starting as low as $99,900.00.  However, prices will not stay this low with cost of building materials on the rise.

If you are unable to find what you want this may be a great option for you.  By building your own home you can get what you want without compromise. It usually can take three to four months on a smaller home and up to a year on a larger custom floor plan.
